Before you begin
Before you begin, please reach out to your Norton Customer Success Manager and let them know the Norton titles that your district is adopting, and the class sourcedIds for the classes assigning those titles. Your CSM will then share resource files that you’ll see to upload as part of the set up.
If you don’t know who your Norton Customer Success Manager is, reach out to our support desk here and they will put you in touch.
Please note that W. W. Norton is piloting Classlink integration for the 2025-2026 academic year. Not all functionality will be supported with this pilot release.
